If you purchase a product from our company, we require certain personal information from you on our order pages. You must provide contact information such as name, email, and shipping address and financial information such as credit card number and expiration date, otherwise we cannot process your order. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We use this information for internal purposes, such as studying our customers' preferences and improving the customer experience. SHIPPING

WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE USA.  Our company uses UPS for all standard shipments.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days and shipped out using standard shipping rates. Expedited shipping options are also available.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

We do not sell or ship any of our animal based products to residents in the state of California.

REFUNDS POLICY Genson Genetics, LLC 

The below Refund Policy governs the manner in which Genson Genetics, in regards to its product line DRIVENT, warranties the product via Returns, Refunds and/or Exchanges through the www.drivenpcr.com website. This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Genson Genetics, including, but not limited to the DRIVENT product line. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Email us at gensongenetics@gmail.com immediately to alert us that you will be returning your NEW, UNOPENED, and UNUSED product to request the Return Shipping Address where the returned product will be delivered. You may return new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; however, we require that you pay all shipping costs for these returns. If the return is a result of a Genson Genetics error, then you will receive a full refund for the item, as well as a full refund for the shipping costs. Once the returned product has shipped, we ask that you email the product shipment tracking number to gensongenetics@gmail.com so we can schedule receipt of shipment. Upon receipt of your package and confirmation of product condition, we will issue a full refund for your product cost and your shipping costs. Please allow 7 to 10 days for refunds to post to your credit card, debit card or bank account. 

EXCHANGES

Upon receiving the product you ordered, if the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged then Genson Genetics will exchange the product at no additional cost to you for all product costs and/or shipping costs associated with exchanging the product.
